My new toy :)


Is a silicone muffin tray!!

So yesterday, i made me some fresh strawberry and oats muffins sweetened with honey. Drizzled with chocolate and sprinkled with cinnamon.


On to today's meal and exercise plan:

Tentative exercise - 45 mins jog (3kms) 2 reps abdominal crunches

Breakfast - Milk coffee with sugar, Half boiled egg with pepper and soy sauce.

Snack - A handful of grapes

Lunch - 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, portion of tuna, 2 portions stir fried leafy vegies.
Tea time - Hazlenut Latte (yummy). 1/2 apple. Handful of beef nachos (no cheese).
Dinner - 1/2 apple. Clear vegetable soup.
