Look up to the skies and close my eyes. Twitch my nose to make a wish:

For a perfect pair of brogue lacies, i'd trade 4 weeks of cookies. And candies and all the goodies.

Good heavens aren't i thrifty?

Simple things that make my day.

When the world around me clamours with chaos. I take solace in my thoughts:

- Make believing my well-kept secret - You & I.
- Curling up with a good book - suspended reality.
- Running while closing my eyes - flying.
- letting chocolate melt in my mouth - A little piece of heaven.

When it rains, it pours.

Today i decided to make a one pot lunch. When the oven went "ping", I carefully slipped on my mits and took the dish out.

Sadly, it went BANG on the floor!

I felt like crying. Two teardrops fell.

But one nutella toast later, and i feel swell.

When it rains, sometimes, it rains for a reason.

Mine might've just been Nutella.

Oh, so very peculiar.
Sometimes short of spectacular.
Yet, oh sweetly unfamiliar.

Dear Blog,

I've turned my back, preferring the 140-character-limit of a twitter's microblogging experience. I've not penned a poem, written a short story, or scribbled my emotions since.
